David Keene

David is the Managing Partner at KRB Partners LLC, a full-service Compliance and Ethics company headquartered in Plano, Texas. He has 40 plus years of experience in subprime auto finance. He retired as the Director of Compliance and Licensing for Sierra Auto Finance in March of 2019. His career includes work at Capital One Auto Finance, AmeriCredit and CitiFinancial Auto. David holds a CCEP Certification from The Society of Corporate Compliance and Ethics, a CCCCP certification from the National Automobile Finance Association and a Certificate of Compliance and Ethics from the SMU School of Law
