Who We’re Looking For
The NAF Nominating Committee is seeking candidates with leadership and management experience who are ready to bring their expertise to the table. To serve, your organization must be a current member in good standing.
Ideal candidates will demonstrate:
✅ Proven Commitment to the Association – A history of engagement with NAF and a passion for its mission.
✅ Strategic Leadership & Industry Experience – A strong understanding of non-prime auto finance and the challenges ahead.
✅ Collaboration & Communication Skills – The ability to work effectively with industry peers and association leadership.
✅ Business & Financial Acumen – A solid grasp of financial management and industry trends.
✅ Employer Support & Commitment – Backing from your company to dedicate time and effort to Board service.
What to Expect
Initial board terms are two years and will begin in June 2025, coinciding with the NAF Annual Conference.
